**Job Duties**:

- Perform required electrical testing, repairs, settings and/or alignments using precision measuring equipment
- Troubleshoot electronic assemblies at the circuit card level and at system level with mínimal help from the engineering team
- Maintain and calibrate test set-ups
- Implement methods and procedures in order to facilitate and improve work quality
- Learn new testing procedures to rapidly bring new products to production
- Responsible for all documentation associated with tasks (technical data, reports, supporting documents, etc.)
- Train other operators

**Key Competencies**:

- Ability to read analog and digital electronics schematics
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented team player who respects individual rights of all team members
- Willing to learn and adapt to new methods and procedures
- Able to provide, as well as receive, constructive feedback
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask, dealing with multiple and changing priorities
- Ability to effectively manage time and priorities
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Minimum Requirements**:

- College diploma in electronics or related field.
- Knowledge of recent technologies related to electronic circuits and some knowledge of mechanics
- Working knowledge of Network Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Function Generator, Power Meter
- Commitment to quality and safety
- Proactive in ensuring job knowledge is current
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
- Able to work various work hours
