**Key Responsibilities**:
**Meat Cutting**:Expertly cut and portion various types of meat, including goat, lamb, and other cuts, following precise specifications.
Utilize meat cutting equipment, such as slicers, saws, grinders, and knives, with precision and safety.

**Meat Preparation**:Trim and debone meat to remove excess fat, bones, and undesirable portions.
Ensure that meat is prepared according to customer preferences, including thickness and weight.

Adhere to marinating recipes and techniques, ensuring consistent and high-quality results.

**Inventory Control**:Monitor meat inventory levels and communicate with the management team to ensure adequate stock.
Rotate inventory to maintain freshness and minimize waste.

**Safety and Hygiene**:Strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Handle meat products with care to prevent cross-contamination.

**Customer Service**:Provide information and recommendations to customers about cuts, marination options, and cooking methods.
Address customer inquiries and assist with special requests.

**Equipment Maintenance**:Clean, sanitize, and maintain meat cutting equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Report any equipment issues to the management for prompt repair or replacement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a meat cutter in a butcher shop or similar setting.
- Proficiency in using meat cutting equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of different meat cuts, portioning, and deboning techniques.
- Expertise in marinating meat and enhancing flavor profiles.
- Strong attention to food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy cuts of meat.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.65 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:
