Looking For an authentic Tandoori Indian Chef
- Ability to prepare sauces and curry preparation
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
- Estimate food requirements,
- Garnishing and presentation of food and in new cooking techniques
- Plan menus, Ensure quality of food and portion control,
- Maintain records of food costs, consumption, inventory
- While on duty keep the cooking area clean to make sure that the health and food safety standard are met
- Should work on Tandoor ( Clay Oven) making naan Breads, Parantha's, vegetarian and non - vegetarian snacks.
- prepare the dough for different bread types.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $28.50-$29.50 per hour

- Tandoori chef: 3 years (preferred)
