Our **Highways division** is looking to add a **Traffic Control Personnel **for the 2024 Road Construction Season. This role will require extensive travel throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan. The **Traffic Control Personnel **maintains the traffic control plans by directing and ensuring safety compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Stop, slow, and safely direct traffic through work or construction sites.
- Protect workers in the construction zone by regulating traffic flow.
- Give traffic control directions and signals clearly and precisely so that motorists understand their meaning.
- Keep the flow of traffic moving with as few delays as possible.
- Other duties as required.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**
- Maintains a valid Class 5 driver’s license or better.
- Own vehicle to get to and from jobsite.
- Willing to work out of town and in remote locations, as required.
- Willing to work overtime, as required.
- Must comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.
- Other duties as assigned.

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Traffic Control: 1 year (preferred)
