VineView uses highly specialized aerial-based spectral sensors, and a cloud-based image processing service to deliver ultra-high resolution aerial imagery and data insights to help agricultural operators monitor the health of their crop in real time.

The purpose of this position is to support the daily flight planning and post flight data management of VineView’s aerial operations in France and California. Additionally, to support operational requirements of other departments during seasonal changes in business operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage weekly flight schedules for VineView aircraft in France and California
- Complete daily flight plans in accordance with weekly flight schedules in France and California; review and liaise with sales and operations team members to ensure daily flight plans are inclusive of all commercial orders, target dates, geographic locations, weather, etc.
- Monitor daily weather forecasts and modify daily flight schedules accordingly.
- Ensure daily post-flight data uploads to cloud for processing.
- Attend operations conference calls and communicate flight planning priorities and issues, engaging with data operations teams to problem-solve issues.
- Manage repository of flight data including periodic data transfers to headquarters in Halifax.
- Update daily operations logs (e.g., flight number, location, issues list, etc.)
- Identify areas to improve operational efficiencies.
- Support other operations teams, departments, as required.
- This position reports to the COO

**Required and Preferred Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary degree from a recognized educational institution
- Analytical, results-oriented, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Academic and/or professional experience with GIS systems and software (E.g. QGIS, ArcGIS).

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
