**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Administer and manage servers;
- Ensure network maintenance;
- Perform installation, configuration and commissioning of equipment;
- Perform software and equipment upgrades;
- Plan and implement computer security;
- Ensure data backup;
- Actively participate in the implementation of best practices and environmental improvements;
- Participate in the IT department's purchases;
- Plan and execute special projects at the network and infrastructure level;
- Manage relationships with external partners;
- Maintain network and infrastructure documentation;
- Stay informed on technological advances in networking and cybersecurity to provide necessary recommendations;
- Perform any other related IT tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant studies in network management and security;
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as a network administrator;
- Fluency in French and good knowledge of English, both oral and written.

**COMPUTER SKILLS**
- Operating systems: Windows Server 2012 to 2019, VMWare 6.5, Windows 10.
- Networks: Active Directory, Veeam, Cisco Router, Cisco IronPort, Elfiq Load Balancer, Juniper Switches, Barracuda Web Filter, Ubiquiti, ESET 2FA, SAN Technologies.
- Applications: Exchange 2013, SQL Server 2014 to 2019, IIS, SharePoint 2013, Office 365, Desktop Central, PGP Encryption, 3BClean Metadata, Skype Enterprise/Teams, MDM.
- Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NPS, TCP, UDP.
- Others: GPO, PowerShell Scripting, Avaya IP Office VoIP, video conferencing systems (Polycom Trio, Crestron, VIA GO).
