Concession Attendant

Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles
- Ensure AGCO and OVG360 policies and regulations are followed
- Serve all guests in a prompt, efficient and friendly manner
- Work quickly and independently
- Follow all speed of service factors with every order
- Follow all cash handling policies & procedures with every order
- Participate in all fields of work including but not limited to: opening/closing duties and cleaning checklists
- Monitor and manage speed of service and product quality
- Assist in the training and development of staff
- Adhere to all OVG360 service standards and policies including Health & Safety
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 1 year experience as a cashier/server
- **Smart Serve certification required**:
- Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Quick Service business principles and service etiquette
- A proactive approach toward day-to-day activities
- Competent with POS
- Confident in cash handling skills
- An aptitude for identifying and assessing details
- Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven to perform well under pressure; manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- An ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client satisfaction
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

- Weekends as needed
