**The following job duties will be carried out and/or completed in accordance with the internal departmental specifications, formats, and processing procedures**:

- Create and manage electronic and paper files for clients
- Preliminary check on the collected materials and/or documents _(including, but not limited to, checking the completeness of all information, and checking that the client has signed correctly, etc.)_
- Sort and manage the collection of materials and/or documents _(including but not limited to renaming documents, formatting, resizing, etc.)_
- Maintain an orderly electronic and paper file for clients
- Complete other work tasks as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**
- University level degree or above
- IELTS writing score of at least 6.5, or equivalent writing skill
- Excellent comprehension skill
- Proficiency in the use of Office software
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong sense of responsibility

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC V6E 2S1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Immigration related: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
