**Responsabilités**:

- Accueillir les clients de manière amicale et professionnelle pour déterminer leurs besoins en matière de télécommunications sans fil.
- Présenter les caractéristiques et les avantages des produits aux clients.
- Aider les clients à choisir les bons forfaits sans fil, appareils et accessoires.
- Traiter les transactions de vente avec précision et efficacité.
- Résoudre les problèmes et répondre aux demandes des clients.
- Rester à jour sur les dernières technologies sans fil et les tendances de l’industrie.
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de ventes et de satisfaction client.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience antérieure en vente au détail ou en service à la clientèle souhaitée.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Connaissance des produits et services sans fil un atout.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes.
- Orienté(e) vers les ventes avec un focus sur l’atteinte des objectifs.

Plus Communications Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Wireless Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right wireless products and services to meet their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to determine their wireless needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless technology and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of wireless products and services is a plus.
