ETG Commodities Manitoba Inc. is looking for a Grader to join our team in **Plum Coulee, MB**.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Load and unloads product from trucks and hopper cars and makes sure that the grain received meets with the quantity and quality specifications as per contract.

2. In charge of assigning location/bin for unloads.

3. Collect samples accurately based on regulation or standard operating procedure

4. Responsible for grading commodities and ensuring that quality standards are in line with quality and grades per specifications on the contract

5. In charge of the quality control by ensuring that the product being processed meets with quality specifications as per contract.

6. Notify management of any production, safety, quality or environmental concerns with equipment operation or facility.

7. Assists in daily plant operation and coordinate with internal supply chain functions.

8. Provide regular reporting to upper management on operational issues.

9. Diligently practice good housekeeping to help minimize slips, trips and falls while ensuring workplace is sanitary.

10. Follow quality assurance and production policies and procedures. This includes employee handbook, good manufacturing practices, food safety, HACCP and any other designated company procedures.

11. Work in compliance with ETG Commodities Manitoba Inc. Occupational Health and Safety Policy

12. Maintain CFIA Phytosanitary sampling paperwork and samples for submission to CFIA.

Qualification Required for the Role
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Canadian grain industry
- Previously worked as grain Grader with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- SGS or CGC grain grading training
- Understand good laboratory practices
- Communicate effectively to colleagues and plant leadership team
