**Radio Hosts (English) wanted**

**Location: Etobicoke, ON**

BIG AM 820 is looking for radio talents to host our drive time shows.

Hosting in English. Knowledge of Punjabi is an asset, not a requirement. This is an exceptional opportunity to join the drive time shows on a radio station heard across Southern Ontario If you are an energetic, upbeat radio host familiar with today's top Punjabi hit music.—this might be the job for you.

Must be a team player. Academic background in Journalism or Mass Communications an asset, not a requirement.

Key Role: Prepare and deliver tight & entertaining drive time shows, targeting listeners aged 18-54 years. As a team player, you need to be someone who is socially-savvy with the ability to drive content for the drive time shows. You must love creating original, engaging ideas that connect both on radio and across all digital platforms.

BIG AM is a 50,000 watt radio station broadcasting on 820 AM dial. It is heard in the GTA and across Southern Ontario (call letters CHAM 820 AM) and is part of the CINA Radio Group.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Experience**:

- radio hosting: 2 years (preferred)
- producing radio shows: 2 years (preferred)
