**Responsibilities**:
The Bookkeeper is responsible for accounting tasks
- Excellent command of English both written and oral
- Posting and processing all receipts (deposits) and payments (payables)
- Job costing and budgeting
- Monthly reconciliations (General Ledger)
- Government reporting documents (HST preparation, Payroll Remittance, etc.)
- Assisting in preparing all documentation for audit purposes
- Strong knowledge of QB desktop
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Ability to proactively problem-solve, prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Enjoys being part of a small team
