**Major Responsibilities**:

- CNC Plasma Cutting Operator must be able to work independently while following work order parts cut list requirements. Job completion in a timely manner and to drawing.
- Experience with CNC Plasma Cutting, (CNC experience is a plus), setting up and operating, making adjustments, load and unload sheet and structural steel.
- De-burring material, removal of all sharp edges.
- Quality control, Inspect and verify parts to comply with drawing requirements, initiate investigations for parts that do not meet drawing dimensions and tolerances requirements.
- Ability to work with nesting software.
- Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the position.
- Maintain and implementing CAD file structure that complies with part revision status.
- Perform inventory on a regular basis, and keep inventory at predefined quantity requirements.
- Experience running Press Brake is a plus.
- Perform other task as assigned in support of fabrication operations.
- Work with other departments when required, such as loading and unloading trucks, assembly, running the band saw. 1-year min experience

**Minimum Education, Experience and Training Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift on a regular basis up to 40lbs
- Forklift and crane experience an asset
