**Role and Responsibilities**

**The role we are offering you**:

- Coordinate the technical activities of the project under the Military and Security division.
- Validate or monitor aspects of the project related to research and development to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
- Solve problems to ensure execution until proof of concept or integration into a client project.
- Take charge of all aspects of the entrusted program: schedule, costs, income, risk, scope, customer relations, contract.
- Report regularly to internal management on progress, issues and workarounds.
- Manage all the resources (matrix) targeted by the program, including partners, subcontractors, etc.
- Engineering degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of high technology experience.
- Business degree an asset.
- Recognized leadership.
- Focus on results.
- Recognized for taking initiatives to secure the success of the project
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Motivated by innovations, keeps abreast of the latest technological developments.
- Great agility to adapt to complex situations, frequent changes and numerous clients, both internal and external, while remaining focused on the objectives of its projects.
- Ability to manage multiple activities at the same time.
- Program management skills, ability to track schedule, costs, scope and risk management skills.
- PMP certification, or obtained within six months of hiring
- Good knowledge of the financial system, an asset.
- Sense of customer service; ability to understand client needs as well as internal and external interests.
- Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis (25%).
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
