As an Overnight Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional dining experiences throughout the night. Your passion for culinary arts and your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our overall success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain high food quality and taste consistency by following proper cooking techniques and portion control.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food production during overnight shifts.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the appropriate personnel for timely replenishment.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of food, to ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Follow established procedures for proper equipment usage, maintenance, and cleaning to prolong its lifespan and functionality.
- Assist in the development and refinement of menu items and recipes to meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organized work station, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly stored.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination and execution of food orders.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including punctuality, dress code, and professional conduct.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terms.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly during overnight shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in food presentation and portion control.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects, as required.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the assigned schedule.
