We are looking for an experienced Journeyman/woman with a great work ethic and the ability to run projects and a small crew or the ability to be groomed to run a small crew, for commercial plumbing & mechanical work in the lower mainland.

The applicant must possess keen organizational skills to meet schedules, be able to firmly guide a crew with the highest standard of workmanship and detail and substantial knowledge of the BC plumbing code. You must possess common sense & strong communication skills with subordinates, general contractors & project managers.

We do all types of commercial plumbing & mechanical projects around the lower mainland, new commercial construction, retail malls, food stores, renovations, tenant improvements, small condo projects, heating, gasfitting, you will need experience in the installation of all types of plumbing & mechanical systems with all types of materials

Only those that demand the most of themselves and those under your supervision and an ability to work throughout the lower mainland without restriction need apply. This is full time work, 5 days a week not 2 or 3, work starts at 7:00 am, not 9:30 or 10:00 am, this is real life.

Wage to be negotiated on experience & confidence, base rate, plus benefits, compensation for cell phone, tools, vehicle & fuel allowances, rsp contributions, for the right applicant we will work out a fair package.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38.00-$50.00 per hour
