We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coach to join our team. As an Assistant Coach, you will work closely with the Head Coach to provide guidance and support to our members. - Assist the head coach in planning and leading engaging Muay Thai/Kickboxing classes tailored specifically for women.
- Provide hands-on instruction, demonstrations, and feedback to help participants learn proper techniques and form.
- Create a supportive and inclusive environment where members feel encouraged and motivated to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by closely monitoring their movements and providing appropriate modifications and adjustments as needed.
- Inspire and empower women to develop confidence, strength, and self-defense skills through the practice of Muay Thai/Kickboxing.
- Assist with class setup, equipment maintenance, and other administrative tasks as needed.

- Strong background in Muay Thai, kickboxing, or a related martial art, with training experience.
- Previous experience teaching or assisting with group fitness classes, preferably in a women's fitness or martial arts setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate participants of all fitness levels.
- Passion for promoting women's empowerment and self-defense education.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
- Certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, or martial arts instructor.
- Experience teaching introductory or beginner-level Muay Thai/Kickboxing classes.
- Knowledge of women's health and fitness principles, including anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention.
