- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience in residential construction, framing
- Construction of load bearing walls
- install floor systems
- install roof trusses
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
- complete finished work carpentry
- flooring, trim, pre-hung doors, windows, etc..

Experience in roofing, siding, or any other trade is considered an asset.

**Salary**: $24.00-34.00 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
