**What does a CBSA Security Guard in Etobicoke do?**:

- Safeguard people, assets, and property at a correctional facility.
- Show empathy and compassion while protecting individuals during airport entry.
- Demonstrate vigilance, efficiency, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Ensure safe control and custody of individuals across various locations.
- Report writing.
- Monitor behaviour actively and use verbal de-escalation techniques as needed.

**Qualifications to become a CBSA Post Guard in Etobicoke**:

- A valid **Ontario security guard license**:

- 1 year of tactical security guard experience
- Experience working with the the Vulnerable Sector
- A current first aid/CPR certificate
- ** Canadian citizen or permanent residency in Canada for the past 5 years**:

- Graduate of a Canadian educational organization (such as high school, post secondary, or vocational)
