Participate to the Local Procurement management meeting & Dashboard
- Assist the Procurement management in performance management by delivering accurate KPIs and implementing appropriate data analysis
- Make sure that local Procurement Performance needs are covered and addressed properly through an Action Plan or Problem Solving
- Contribute strongly to the Procurement Efficiency simplification plan deploying common standard Way of Working (WoW) within the Region
- Actively participate to the Procurement region initiatives under the direction of the Region T&E Director
- Cen be appointed KU or receive specific missions by his direct or functional manager.
- Ensure that standard processes are known and applied in his area by implementing communication, surveys and Return Of EXperience (REX)
- In charge of new process deployment in his area, as well as standard management routines
- Edit and present the Monthly Procurement Dashboard and follow the associated actions plan
- Interact with ASIP (saving tool) expert whenever necessary to ensure consistency between Action plan and ASIP
- Secure the monitoring of Action Plan and Problem Solving
- Ensures alignment with Alstom strategy, consistency with Procurement Maturity Roadmap, and proper integration in Alstom end to end processes
- Define and implement appropriate KPI's to monitor the Procurement performance
- Formalize business requirements to the Central BPO expert team relative to new needs
- Accountable for local Procurement master data quality and regular update
- Ensure the good level of usage of the Procurement tools
- Manage the actions plan required to improve the performance usage rate of the Procurement processes & tools
- Contribute and lead the change management following the Tools Project deployment (ERP SAP/GSI for instance) in the Procurement domains supporting the Procurement BPO

Travel is estimated at 20%.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in Procurement
- Previous experience in operational Procurement activities is a benefit
- Previous experience in standard Problem-Solving approach
- Able to use and understand databases analysis and reports
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and strategic vision
- Accurate, organized, leadership to manage actions plan at Regional level
- Reliable, autonomous, results and internal customer services oriented
- Ability to influence & convince Procurement management
- Communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to understand complex processes and to shape it clearly
- Comfortable with the understanding of the Procurement tools

Languages:

- Proficiency in both English and French is required

Educational Qualifications:

- Master Degree required, specialized in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or Business
