Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. employs highly-trained technicians to perform telecommunications infrastructure installations. Whether at residential, retail, commercial, institutional or hospitality environments, ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs. Reporting to the Control Centre Manager, the Dispatch Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks supporting the dispatch of telecommunication technicians.

**What You'll Do Here**:

- Provides administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy.
- Handles customer inquiries while maintaining high quality service.
- Learns, interprets and applies organizational policies, rules and regulations.
- Maintains and organizes document files.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience in an administrative/dispatch capacity considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
- Customer service skills, including telephone ettiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Problem solve and work well under pressure, with a focus on deadlines.
