Job Title: Full-Time Cleaner (Housekeeping Attendant)

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25 per hour

Simple Hosts Property Management is a fast-growing short-term rental property management company. We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Cleaner (Housekeeping Attendant). **Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of vacation rental properties following established standards and guidelines.
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other assigned areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and restock guest supplies as necessary.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are meticulously cleaned and well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely completion of cleaning tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Physical stamina to perform the required tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within the allocated timeframe.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- G2 or G class drivers licence and accsess to a reliable vehicle.
- Availability to work a fixed schedule of 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
