**Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and energetic Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. If you are passionate about helping people and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of others, we want you on our team**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Assist the Physiotherapist with following treatment protocols.**:
- **Help with the implementation of individualized treatment plans and exercises**:
- **Maintain a clean and organized treatment area**:
- **Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and perform regular inventory checks for supplies**:
- **Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home exercise programs**:
- **Document patient progress and communicate it to the Physiotherapist**:
- **Perform other administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, helping front desk as required**:
- **Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities**:
- **Follow all infection control and safety protocols**:
- **Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members**
**Requirements**:
- **Certified Physiotherapy Assistant or relevant certification**:
- **1-2 years of experience in a physiotherapy setting**:
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**:
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:
- **Strong attention to detail and organizational skills**:
- **Physical ability to assist with patient movements and exercises**:
- **Ability to work flexible hours and on weekends, if required**

- Weekends as needed
