In addition to digger derricks and aerial devices, the Commercial group supplies and services a variety of truck-mounted equipment including gravel boxes, cranes, power lift gates, winches, firefighting and rescue apparatus, snowplows and sander units. They also sell, service, and install all manner of towing vehicles and equipment, oilfield pumps, and hydraulic systems.

Commercial operates coast-to-coast with 300+ dedicated employees working from eight locations and six main branches. The Woodstock, ON branch is currently undergoing a $2M+ expansion to add an additional 5 bays and 10,000 sq. ft., bringing total production and service space to 14 bays.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Receive, plan for, and travel to assigned service calls
- Effectively diagnose equipment faults, determine resolutions, and carry out repairs on digger derricks, aerial devices, heavy truck equipment, and the chassis that host utility equipment.
- Carry out requested routine maintenance on-site for customer equipment and vehicles

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Valid Class G Driver’s license required. Valid DZ Driver’s License is considered an asset
- Minimum 3 years' mechanical experience
- An ability to demonstrate a qualified understanding of hydraulic systems and ability to read hydraulic schematics is required
- A strong understanding of electrical systems, as well as an understanding of electrical troubleshooting as it relates to truck equipment
- Canadian Utility Fleet Council Certification considered an asset
- Experience installing and/or maintaining aerial devices is considered a strong asset
- 310S, 310T Certifications considered an asset
- An understanding of MFPA/EVT standards an asset
- Interprovincial Red Seal considered an asset
