Seeking customer focused, multi-service, self-motivated Technician for the area of Field Installation and Repair. As a leader in providing telecommunications services, we specialize in providing installation, maintenance and emergency repair support to telecommunications companies from across Canada.

**What You'll Do Here**:

- Must be safety conscious and able to adhere to a highly focused safety culture
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and high-quality installations for IPTV, Internet and Phone Service in customers’ homes and businesses.
- Install and repair support for Phone, Internet and TV transported over fiber networks
- Troubleshooting and repair support for IPTV, Internet and Phone Service transported over fiber, copper
- Responsible for a geographical area to complete assigned work on a daily basis
- Provision and maintain outside plant facilities, including buried and aerial fiber and copper networks.
- Self-motivated and highly organized to manage workloads with mínimal direction
- Highly Adaptable to constantly changing technologies, methods, and procedures
- Working at heights in different spaces in accordance with provincial and federal guideline

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal) is a definite asset
- 1+ years of technical field experience.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Must be willing to work outdoors in changing weather conditions, all seasons
- Maintain a valid provincial driver’s license and provide a driver’s abstract quarterly
- Must be willing to travel and work in various locations (ex. New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia)
- Successfully complete a criminal background check
- Comfortable working with computers
- Evening, Weekend and Holiday work is required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Miramichi, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
