The day-to-day duties for each person in out-bounds is very simple but very important.
The outbound department creates new opportunities every day for Central Heating by building relationships, selling memberships, and generating leads.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and close sales deals
- Demonstrate technical and computer literacy to effectively utilize company tools
- Adapt and prioritize tasks based on changing business needs
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Plan and organize work to meet targets and deadlines
- Work independently with little supervision
- Be willing to learn new skills and work collaboratively with others
- Use negotiation skills to close deals
- Be persistent in achieving sales targets
- Report sales progress and metrics to management
- Provide excellent customer service
- Be open to coaching and feedback
- Have a track record of successful sales
- Execute tasks on time and in accordance with core values
- Be highly motivated to develop themselves and their skills
- Be resourceful in finding solutions to problems
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of outbound sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical and computer literacy
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers
- Planning and organizing skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with others
- High negotiation skills
- Persistence in achieving sales targets

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
