Showhome Host

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent Crystal Creek Homes in a professional manner to ensure a positive experience for our homeowners
- Generate and build relationships to identify lead opportunities and set appointments
- Provide information to showhome guests on who we are, our communities and product offerings
- Gather and log information on perspective clients, sales center traffic and community updates

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- 2 years’ experience in customer service or retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accountability and a strong sense of integrity
- Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team

This position requires a personable and outgoing individual with organizational expertise. Availability requirements include both evenings and weekends inclusive of regular showhome hours.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
