**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installer to join our team.

As a Cabinet Installer, you will play a crucial role in our company's operations by ensuring the efficient and accurate installation of custom cabinetry and millwork. Working closely with our design and production teams, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients by installing cabinets with precision and attention to detail. This role requires technical skill, problem-solving ability, and customer service excellence.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation**: Execute the installation of custom cabinets and millwork in residential settings according to project specifications and timelines.
- **Preparation**: Review installation plans and blueprints to understand the scope of work and identify any potential challenges or special requirements.
- **Measurement and Adjustment**: Measure and assess installation spaces to ensure accurate placement and alignment of cabinets. Make necessary adjustments to accommodate variations in walls, floors, and other structural elements.
- **Assembly**: Assemble cabinets and components on-site as needed, ensuring proper fit and functionality.
- **Safety and Quality Control**: Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, project managers, and other team members to address any concerns, and provide updates on project progress.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and troubleshoot any issues or obstacles that arise during the installation process, implementing effective solutions to ensure successful completion of the project.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the installation process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years experience in cabinet installation
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as basic carpentry skills, is essential.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to work with precision and accuracy, ensuring that cabinets are installed correctly and to the highest quality standards.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances or unexpected challenges on-site.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift and maneuver heavy cabinets and equipment, as well as perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

**Salary**: $19.00-$35.00 per hour
