Bucci Living is seeking a full time permanent Leasing Agent to join our team at the Dominion building in Bridgeland in Calgary, Alberta.

We are looking for someone who is excited about the Bridgeland community and passionate about providing an exceptional experience to residents and guests to the building. You should have a dynamic personality and an appreciation for professionalism. You will be joining us just as both towers have stabilized and residents and management are starting to define what this community will look like in the coming years.

**Required or Preferred Experience**
- Experience in Leasing and/or property management
- A valid RECA license in good standing
- Post secondary education experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, assertive, self-starter who is organized and goal driven
- Team player
- Ability to learn and think quickly
- Proficiency with Word and Excel

**What the Role Looks Like**

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, responding to inbound requests, calling prospects, qualifying potential opportunities, scheduling virtual or in person tours with prospects, executing lease agreements, coordinating move in protocols etc..

As part of the Leasing Team, you will work closely with the Marketing department and the operations team. You will also be responsible for considerable administrative work including (but not limited to) tracking client communication, filing, data input, reporting, etc..

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
