- Supervise a team of security personnel and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor and prevent unauthorized access or activities.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, including conducting investigations and writing incident reports.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to detect and deter criminal activity.
- Train security staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and customer service skills.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, equipment inventory, and personnel schedules.

- Proven experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent observation and surveillance skills.
- Proficient in the use of CCTV systems and other security equipment.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
