We are looking for a temporary Warehouse Associate for our Distribution Center in Kelowna, BC to support the organization of the shop as well as assist with continuous improvement projects such as racking installation, etc.
- Potential for full-time hire following successful completion of contract term.

Work shifts are full-time Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00 pm with weekends off.

Requirements for the position:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse principles and practices.
- Knowledge of good internal/external customer service principle and practices.
- Ability to manage effectively time to meet targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of operating a PC.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize to meet objectives.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Requires vision and hearing
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb a ladder/stairs
- Must be able to Bend, Stoop, Squat, Kneel
- Must be able to Reach outward and work above shoulders
- Must be able to have fine manipulation on both hands
- Must be able to lift 50 to 75 lbs safely with or without assistance.
