Reporting to the Director, Commercial Operations, the Digital Marketing & Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for taking the Stuart Olson brand out of obscurity, disrupting the medium of how marketing content is consumed within a business-to-business environment while focusing on articulating Stuart Olson’s value proposition.

This position is based in the Edmonton office. Travel will be required for this position (30%).

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the vision, development of strategies, implementation, continuous improvement, and stewardship of Stuart Olson (MRO) digital marketing and proposals initiatives.- Drive digital marketing and proposals initiatives in alignment with Stuart Olson’s strategic growth and development goals.- Develop quantification and understanding of marketing channel metrics, return on investment and continuous improvement opportunities to drive optimized marketing value to the organization.- Ensure delivery of Stuart Olson’s value proposition through honesty, collaboration, and differentiation.

Digital Marketing- Create, capture, develop, distribute, and optimize digital marketing content.- Coordinate posting schedules (social media, newsletters, podcasts. website updates etc.).- Maintain company web page and support social media accounts using company content management systems.- Enable digital marketing content that delivers immersive B2B experiences.

Digital Proposals- Incorporate digital content within the proposals function.- Support proposals development in response to client RFI’s and/or RFP’s.- Support content development in relation to pursuits and securement process.- Enable digital proposals content that delivers immersive B2B experiences.

What We Are Looking For- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business, Communications, Industrial Trades Certification, or a combination of relevant experience- 1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in an industrial operation and/or business capacity- Ability to travel ~30% of time to capture and develop marketing content at various site locations- Ambitious individual that enjoys differentiating through challenging the status quo.- Advanced skillset in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office- Experience and/or understanding of proposals development and applicable software- Strong understanding of technology platforms and consumer behaviour trends- Demonstrates a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple stakeholders- Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment- A strong work ethic and desire to excel with professional development.- Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals.- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills- Demonstrated sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in challenging, fast paced and steadily changing environment- Ability to work collaboratively wit
