The College’s 6,800 full-time and 10,000 part-time students, including hundreds of international students from countries around the world, attend at campus locations in Peterborough, Lindsay, Haliburton and Cobourg. Fleming offers more than 100 full-time programs in Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences, Fine Arts, General Arts and Science, Technology, Skilled Trades, Community Development, Health, Business, and Justice as well as other Continuing Education courses.

**What This Position is About**:
Experience success at Fleming, where we provide a unique and innovative learning environment for our students. We take pride in offering students real world learning, available only through the recent, related work experiences that faculty bring. As a Contract Faculty member, you will play a key role by promoting academic excellence, developing an effective learning environment, and designing, teaching, revising, and updating curriculum. Your previous working experiences will provide a broad range of practical knowledge to enhance the student learning experience. Contract Faculty may teach in teams or independently and develop/deliver curriculum in a variety of ways including face-to-face (lectures, seminars, labs) and online.
We are currently recruiting Contract Faculty for the School of Trades & Technology and School of Business & Information Technology in the following programs of study:
- Carpentry
- Electrician
- Electrical Engineering
- HVAC
- Plumbing

**What We Are Looking For**:
You possess a relevant combination of education and current, progressive experience in the field of study. You have experience teaching or working within the field. You actively research and keep abreast of current issues and trends related to the field.
**Salary Range**
As per the non-full-time academic salary grid
