Shuttle Driver

Adams Chevrolet Ponoka is a family owned and operated GM Dealership located in Central Alberta for over 36 years. We are 20 minutes north of Red Deer and one hour south of Edmonton. **Job Summary**
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers and parts safely and efficiently between designated locations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and team members.

**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate the shuttle vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by driving passengers between locations, delivering parts, and picking up parts.
- Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules, delays, or passenger needs.
- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle to identify any mechanical issues and report them promptly for maintenance.
- Follow established routes and schedules while being flexible to accommodate changes as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations.
- Previous experience as a driver or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have a clean driving record.
