As we expand our operations, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our team and contribute to our success.

**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a Cultivation and Production Associate to join our team. This role will involve working closely with our cultivation and production teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the cultivation of cannabis plants, including planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting.
- Monitoring plant health and identifying any signs of pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Operating and maintaining cultivation equipment and systems.
- Assisting in the preparation and packaging of cannabis products.
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cultivation and production areas.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or related agricultural or in a fast paced production work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be at least 19 years of age and eligible for Health Canada Security Clearance.
