Sandblaster

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Remove excess metal and unwanted materials from metal parts, casting and other metal products
- Prepare & maintain equipment and media consumables
- Examine all blasted parts for company quality standards
- Schedule maintenance of equipment and cleanup of direct work area(s)
- Monitor all equipment, materials, PPE for wear as per safety compliance(s)

**Experience**:

- Layout of Patterns and operation of specific tools: Sandblast equipment
- Able to use basic hand tools - grips, wrenches, screwdrivers, craft knifes etc.
- Able to lift 50 lb
- Prior experience in industrial sandblast process an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.50-$26.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- painting: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
