**Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage accounts payable by processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
- Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and tracking payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in accounting software.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information as needed.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Daily pricing integritiy
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting.
- Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices is essential.
