**Responsibilities**:

- Perform hair cutter services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and offering appropriate suggestions
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Sanitize tools and workstations before and after each client
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
- Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments
- Contribute to retail sales by recommending and promoting salon production

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hair styling techniques and trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain a clean work environment
- Previous experience in retail sales is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

**Salary**: $17.55-$30.00 per hour
