**About You**:
You are an experienced Product Manager able to confidently lead a development team and improve efficiencies. You liaise with internal stakeholders to execute the company vision across different stages of the software development life cycle. You take ownership of the product from vision to iteration to execution, ensuring efficiency across all stages of development. You have experience working in spaces that involve 2D and 3D environments and are experienced in improving UX/UI for customers. You have a firm understanding of what is required to manage development teams both locally and internationally. You have excellent interpersonal, project management and problem-solving skills. You are motivated by the company’s vision and the ability to work with a collaborative, diverse team of freethinkers. You are excited about the opportunity to develop your own team and take responsibility for a revolutionary product.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Create a development team that will meet the needs of the business and bring the company’s vision to reality.
- Set a clear product vision and communicate the vision effectively to the development team.
- Plan, manage, and deliver solutions to development teams located both locally and internationally.
- Train, mentor, and support development teams to improve efficiency and maintain alignment with the company’s vision.
- Responsible for the overall UX/UI and providing a customer-first framework for the development team.
- Determine and manage tasks, facilitate meetings, and monitor progress/performance.
- Ensure deliverables are met, managing the products scope and the development is staying within the company’s financial budgets.
- Create a roadmap for product creation and development.
- Communicate with departments to identify the required capabilities of the product and problem-solve solutions to issues.
- Monitor progress and product iterations, providing improvements when necessary.
- Lead teams toward becoming truly self-organized and cross-functional.
- Promote transparency on the progress of work inside and outside the team, as well as make visible the outcomes delivered.
- Identifying bottlenecks in the delivery of value, then helping the team identify, test and implement corrective actions.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields.
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager or similar experience.
- Experience bring a product from ideation to reality.
- Required knowledge in principles, techniques and framework of Scrum and delivering solutions.
- A passion for innovation, Agile and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in the software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail.

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
