**Part-Time, Contract/ Hourly Position**

**REPORTING TO**:
**Vice President, Land/ Commercial**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Draft, review and maintain joint venture agreements, including but not limited to all operated and non-operated construction, ownership and operating agreements (CO&O), and gas handling, emulsion handling, trucking, disposal, contract well or other service agreements.
- Issuing and processing mail ballots for operated and non-operated CO&O agreements, tracking mail ballot votes and issuing response letters.
- Reviewing AFEs from the field or partners (budget, cost center, working interest, classification).
- Ensuring projects comply with joint venture agreements.
- Calculate service fees (excess capacity fees at all facilities)—includes gathering and analyzing of AFE expenditures.
- Checking joint venture third party monthly processing fees against rates in agreement and inquire about any discrepancies.
- Review monthly non-operated joint venture billings.
- Resolving joint venture third party inquiries.
- Updating joint venture electronic and paper filing systems.
- Maintain and improve record integrity.

Assist in preparation of yearly operating and capital budgets.
- Assist in audit query preparation / response—Includes analysis of working interest issues, AFE expenditures, etc.
- Communicate and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including professionals from Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Commercial, etc., on joint venture matters.
- Execute ad hoc tasks as required.
