Lash Technician

Responsibilities:

- Perform Lash and Brow services to clients, ensuring high-quality results. Perform other qualified aesthetics services at or above industry standards.
- Communicate with clients & Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the appointment
- Upsell retail products related to all services
- Maintain a clean and organized work place
- Assist with front desk duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Lash & brow Specialist or Esthetician is preferred
- Strong communication skills with clients and staff
- Proficient in performing services and Certification in Esthetic skill sets
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for clients
- Sales skills to promote retail products and upsell services
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to maintain a high level of quality

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
