Our Canadian division is looking for interns to support the high traffic season and scouting possible talents in the industry for future hire. This is the time to join us to be part of this growth.

eCommerce Internship (4-5 month contract May to early September)
- Responsibilities:_
- PDP / Retail Readiness Checks (Make sure product info is accurate, the PDP is presenting the most up-to-date creative asset, update any missing attributes for boosting organic ranking)
- Follow-up tasks (include grouping items, uploading enhance content/creative assets, updating product info)
- Best Practice (Weekly check on organic ranking, pricing & reviews)
- Promo check (Check for promo pricing/if the promo is live)
- Competitor Analysis (sponsored/organic top-of-search winner on high traffic keywords)
- Creating enhance content, suggestions for SEO improvements.
- Pulling data/reports from Ecommerce portals
- Uploading promotions on Ecommerce portals
- Data Management - doing product uploads/edits on Ecommerce portals.
- Preparation of weekly sales reports for analysis
- Data entry - compile, enter, check, and reconcile data.
- Database management - maintain and upload product assets.
- Undertake projects as assigned.
- Skills Required:_
- Strong Excel & analytical skill, ability to create basic reports & extract actionable information from reports.
- Attention to detail.
- Quick learner
- Track record of showing attention to details and timely follow ups is key.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills under pressure
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks, completing each in a timely manner
- Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and tact.
- Nice to have:_
- Experience with retail channels portals such as Amazon Vendor Central/Wayfair Partner Home/ Home Depot CHUB/DSCO platforms.
- Basic graphic design skill
- Content or SEO management skills.

Language Required:

- Highly proficient English communication skills, both written and oral.

Your Education & Experience:

- Progression or completion in post-secondary diploma or degree related to Ecommerce, Digital Marketing.
- Ability to provide 3 reasonably recent, qualified references who will be contacted should you be shortlisted for further review.

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
