**Salary**:
Security guard rate $17.00- $19.00

**Job type**:
Part time, casual

**Schedule**:
Night shift, Weekends

7hour 15 min - 12-hour shifts

**License/ certification**
- valid Security license (required)
- Valid G license
- Valid CPR certificate
- Private security investigation/ Police foundations certification (preferred)
- Valid Smart serve

**Duties**:

- Foot patrol of properties and report any suspicious activity
- Ensure all safety procedures are being followed
- Monitoring CTTV
- Provide access control as required
- Knowledge of the Trespass to property act
- Be able to follow procedure and protocols
- Must have excellent customer service skills (verbal / written English)
- Ensure safety and emerency procedures are followed of the condominium

**Qualifications**
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must be able to write incident reports
- Must be able to work weekends / work alone

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:
