**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**

Production - 90 %
- Liaise with model agencies to find new models and collect availabilities, model specs and updated head shots
- Develop a strong understanding of the SSENSE art direction, ensuring a brand appropriate and high quality model roster
- Provide the Studio Art Director with model optioning for new and emerging faces that meet production requirements
- Work closely with Associate Producers to identify their needs and meet weekly production targets
- Negotiate model rates and booking terms with agencies worldwide to meet budget
- Track model expenditures and update budgets on an ongoing basis
- Draft and revise model contracts and service agreements
- Consolidate new and existing casting guidelines and processes
- Coordinate model travel and accommodations
- Update the casting calendar as required

Research & Development - 10%
- Grow and attract new agency contacts and scouting services to stay ahead of new faces, positioning SSENSE as a leader in the industry
- Assist the Senior Casting Direction Specialist in assembling seasonal casting direction

**Qualifications**:

- Degree level qualification is ideal but not required
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an agency setting
- Proven record of developing a roster of models or artists
- Network of existing and potential agency contacts
- Strong affinity for luxury fashion brands
