We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Nepean, Ottawa. We want someone who is enthusiastic about the role and can provide a high level of customer service to our clients at all times while striving to achieve business targets through excellent communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily management of template, install & service schedule
- Manage workflow and geological delivery of installs & service calls
- Maintaining relationships with site supervisors on active projects
- Ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues
- Updating jobs in company system with the most to date information
- Entering new issue resolutions into the company system
- keeping track of site deficiencies and scheduling services
- Reviewing and approving completions of jobs

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience as a customer service coordinator
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, and Excel in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
- At least 1 years of customer service experience
- Experience in the Stone Industry is a huge asset

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
