**WANTED: Project Manager (HVAC/Mechanical)**

We are currently looking for a hard-working individual to join our team as a **Project Manager to manage and maintain project work flow**

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Maintain and monitor all documentation, correspondence.
- Support senior staff with various duties as assigned
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements; setting priorities.
- Prepares construction schedules by studying plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting efficiencies.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**We are looking for individuals with**
- Minimum 3 years as a project manager within the last 10 years.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of administrative duties.
- Background knowledge of the construction industry and standard work flows.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- project management: 1 year (preferred)
