As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Flight Dispatch Manager to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of aviation dispatchers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Coordinate flight schedules, ensuring timely departures and arrivals while maximizing operational efficiency.
- Monitor weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and other factors affecting flight operations, and make necessary adjustments to flight plans.
- Liaise with pilots, air traffic control, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth and safe flight operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination of flight operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation dispatch or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, airspace management, and flight planning procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in aviation dispatch software and other relevant technology.
- FOS experience considered a definite asset.
