Under the supervision of the Proposal Manager, this role is responsible for bid sourcing and administration of the bid/no bid process, as well as client/procurement site registrations.

**What You'll Do Here**
- Facilitate the bid/no bid process for opportunities across North America.
- Research client and bid sourcing sites for potential opportunities.
- Maintaining a pursuit database.
- Maintain client database.
- Client site registration.

**What You Bring to The Team**
- A self-motivated team player with 1 to 2 years of bid sourcing experience, preferably within the utilities construction industry.
- Attention to detail with the ability to generate and maintain reporting around bid sourcing and bd pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with bidding sites such as Merx, Biddingo, Bids & Tenders, US Bidding Sites.
- Strong computer skills and expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
- Technical knowledge of the utilities industry considered a strong asset.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced/agile environment with competing priorities and capable of critical thinking and problem solving.
