Fire Alarm Inspector

**Requirements**

**EDUCATION**
- Completed high school, college, vocational or technical training
- Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA) certification

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
- BSP card (Member of the Private Security Bureau)
- Proficiency in applicable codes and standards
- Attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy in the completion of work and service reports
- Experience in kitchen suppression systems inspection is an asset
- Experience in sprinkler system inspection is an asset
- Experience inspecting CO Gas monitoring systems is an asset
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Languages: French, written and oral. English is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Must be willing to travel throughout Montreal, Ottawa and surrounding areas.
- Must be available to be on call 24 hours a day on a rotating weekly basis.
- Must have no legal restrictions related to the job
- Valid drivers license
- Full time, Permanent

**Salary**: $14.52-$32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saint-Laurent, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fire alarm inspectors: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CFAA (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
