Barista

Are you passionate about crafting exceptional coffee experiences? The Old Farm Market Coffee Shop is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our dynamic team. As a Barista, you will be at the heart of our coffee shop, creating and serving a variety of high-quality coffee beverages and treats to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling and retail math is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
